Absolutely.  We carry general liability, workman's compensation, and errors and omissions insurance as well as a current business license in our county. 

We understand that time is usually of the essence when you need help.  We try to have a couple of appointment times open each week for just this purpose, and if those times are taken, we'll do everything we can to help as soon as possible. 

Our firm does not require a contract that defines a set period for service or a cancellation period.  We do have a standard engagement letter that spells out our rates, our confidentiality policy, and an explanation of the services we will provide for you.

As an Intuit Solution Provider (ISP) we have the benefit of obtaining software for you at a discount.  Because these rates change every month and the volume of your order affects your discounts, accurate pricing cannot be published here.  We are happy to quote you based on your needs at no charge, just contact us.

When we discuss your business and our services, we will first determine what type of services you need from us.  For new systems, this will cover what you want your system to do, how many users you might have, whether you want to use an inventory function, and what types of reports you want to run.  For general bookkeeping services, we will cover the quantity and volume of invoices you generate, bills you receive, and number of employees. 

Once we have the answers to these questions, a plan is tailored for your business, and your needs.  Our services will be detailed for you so you'll know exactly what to expect. 

For almost all clients, we charge by the hour.  For larger jobs, we can quote a project job that includes your software purchase and includes the time it takes to implement the solution.  Our hourly fees are based on the work being done (bookkeeping, training, setup or troubleshooting) and will be discussed with each individual client.
